JY-HQ167N4G 10.i inch Plug and Play Car Stereo For Honda CRV 2017-2019 bluetooth

I've just install the newest 10.1 inch car stereo.  I cannot get bluetooth to work. When I do a scan it doesn't find my cell phone.  The bluetooth connection worked fine with Original car stereo but the new head unit cannot seem to find my cell phone.  HELP!

Does it see any nearby bluetooth devices?

You do have to push the magnifying glass for it to scan. I know that sounds patronizing, but I promise I'm trying to be helpful!
