Problem with bluetooth - JoyingSpainVlc - 08-09-2018
Hello!
I installed few weeks ago a joying car unit (JY-VPO1E0P2) and I can't connect my mobile bluetooth with the car unit bluetooth. I am a owner of a LG G2.
One of reassons I bought this car unit was because it have a bluetooth but I can't connect both..
Anyone can hel me?

what is your android phone version ? android 7 or android 8 or other version ?

The order number is 000002102.
As I said on last post I have a Lg G2 and unfortanelly Lg do not update the android version for my mobile since 2014...
The android version in my mobile is 4.4.2.

1) please try to change another android 6 or 7 mobile phone .
2) please also try to rest the bluetooth , and then connect your phone bluetooth again .
