Problem with the touch screen - giulio - 08-13-2018

I have the model JY-UL135, since some days I can not touch the bottom of the monitor (about half an inch), so when I open the keyboard I can not move the numbers on the keyboard and I can not go in the factory settings because I can not type the password. I tried in vain to connect a mouse and an external keyboard, but the system does not accept.
I also tried with the reset button. Nothing to do.
You can suggest to me how to solve this problem. Thanks so much
