No car A/C information display on Nissan TEANA J32 - popsu9 - 06-07-2020

for my Nissan Teana J32 2008-2012 Model with monochrome display
after i got and install it ,
I found the problem that there is no display air conditioning(A/C) information
on android player when i adjust temperature or wind speed of A/C
and I can not use the volume adjust and turner button on original OEM radio
I call for help from the seller but they said that
Joying product that made for Nissan Teana J32 is not compatible with my Nissan Teana J32 (OMG!!)
because my car do no have CANBUS decoder so it can not decode A/C information
and it have no way to display A/C information
But your product advertised that it perfectly fit and can use all original function of Nissan Teana J32
Do you have any idea or solution to solve this problem ?

Your head unit is the universal head unit , which comes with the universal ISO harness. it cannot be shown the A/C information.
