Random Ghost Touches - JPZco - 04-03-2021
I received JY-UQD10N4G-R for Christmas and have it installed, however, I’m having a serious problem with the unit.
I seem to be getting random ‘ghost’ touches causing the unit to launch different application, go into settings, etc., as if I’m actually touching the screen.
I managed to get a video of this occurring on my unit.

I initially though this might be an application problem, however, this is occurring even after a reset to factory settings. I’m in desperate need of your assistance.
