Cup holder remote with Toyota JBL adapter - BligityBlam - 07-02-2021
I just ordered the latest stereo for my Prius (JY-TQ194N4G) which has a JBL system. It requires the additional JBL adapter. Can I presume this is a “canbus” adapter? If so, does this mean my system isn’t compatible to use the Joying cup holder style remote? Is there any work around? I’d really like to have a physical volume knob with this unit.

No, the canbus only control for the JBL amplifier. you can buy the wirelss steering wheel controller.
