I've a Joying Model number: 2818H-5.1 J0623 (1024x600 W), I've a trouble accessing the google maps as it doesn't connect to internet. I've connected it to different Wi-Fi network (home and cellular), I find it says as connected and see Wi-Fi symbol however the google maps or browser doesn't connect internet and I'm unable to use it.

Please show us the screenshot of "about device" on your head unit.
