My name is Nadson, I'm from Brazil, my Multimedia Joying Snapdragon model jy-uqd10n4g-gt doesn't turn on when I turn the key, I need to keep turning it on and off many times until the multimedia turns on and sometimes I can't even, someone could try to help me. In addition, every time I can connect I have to activate the wifi because it does not enter automatically, it seems to me that it is not saving the settings.
