My car: land rover discovery 2000

My Google maps does not receive any gps signal, but the satélites show on another program. Should i do a firmware upgrade? if yes which one is it ? if not what could be the problem.

Have you confirmed that you have connected the GPS antenna stable? please check.
Also you need to set the proper date and time.
