Screen hangs on last call

Is there an update to the Car Link app? The following problem: When I start and end a call in Carplay via the Joying head unit, the screen hangs on the last call, while the e.g. the music starts again. I then have to restart the Android interface and Car Link using the home button. I've already done the recommended factory reset twice.
