No free offline sygic map for new head unit?

When did Joying stopped offered free Sygic map for new head unit?
I just bought it and ask for the link to download Australia Map but sale reps said they not help offline map, if this is true and such a shame, even cheaper and unknown brand they still offered free offline map but Joying.

We will not help customers installed the map data in advance.
But you can download the map data by yourself.
