I purchased this unit July 26 2022, (about 4 months now) and recently I started having issues with the display. Basically, when the unit powers up, it goes dark, then flashes green, and other colors, then you see white lines flashing vertically or horizontally on the screen. It then goes dark. You can see it still has power to it but just no display, no sound I have re-seated the ribbon cable and sometimes it would come back on, but now it is completely dead. No sound no display.
I have been in contact with JOYING via email, and they are sending me a new ribbon cable. But I am confident the issue is not the cable. I believe the unit is dead. (I believe the main CPU malfunctioned.)
