Changing Default Apps

Is there a way to change the Phone App to something else? When I get a phone call, I am unable to change to any other app. If I try and leave the app while on call, it will automatically bring me back to the phone app. Is there a way to disable this feature?

I have a canbus installed with steering wheel controls. When I push one of my buttons, it cycles through radio, navigation, video player, bluetooth music, and a few others. Is there a way to remove some of these options when I cycle through them? I don't want it to cycle through video player or bluetooth music if possible.

Please press the "Navi" button on your steering wheel control. the bluetooth interface will be removed.
Sorry, for the cycle problem, it decides on your canbus decoder.
