No sound on RCA out

I just installed the headunit eu-Ja-uos03n4g

I have only two rca (red/white) connections for sound in my car, no speaker cables.
It work perfectly witch the last (very cheap) car stereo on just left and right rca outputs.

On the joying unit I get no sound whatever I try to do.

Is there any setting I can change to have the sound go to the rca out?

There are FL/FR RR/RL slot on the back of your head unit.
You can connect to that slot.

Do you have factory amplifier on your car?
What is your car model and it year?
