The screen suddenly went blank while using. The system still seems to be working but just no screen or lights. What has happened?

Hi.
You must ship the unit to the Joying Service.
"Black screen" is a known problem.

El estereo, luego de funcionar normalmente durante un rato, la pantalla se pone en negro, pese a que el equipo sigue funcionando con normalidad.
La imagen se corta de forma intermitente.
Mi auto es un VW Polo 2017
