Sim Unlock with 8.1 Android Joying.Help

Hello

I bought a joying android 8.1 for my jeep Wrangler. Everything work great, but i cannot find in the menu where i can enter the code for unlock my sim card to use my 4G. Somebody can help me?

Insert the SIM card into your mobile phone and remove the PIN
