VW Amarok: Replacement for JY-VO130P4?

Hi All,

My JY-VO130P4 head unit has given up and am looking at these two options as a replacement;

I like the knob controls for volume and tuning on the 8 inch version, however am not a fan of the CD insert which obviously not used. 2 questions;

1) Has anyone had any issues with the 9 inch JY-VQ131N4GN unit?

2) For either of these, will I need to upgrade the the OBD2 or Reverse Camera I've been using with my existing JY-VO130P4?
