received my head unit today and I immediately installed it.
I’m using the CTSBM009.2 connector with the universal patch lead.
The problem is that I have no sound. When I plug in the old radio I get sound immediately. It is not muted or anything and I think I have wired everything correctly.
There is not much you can do wrong with the CTSBM009.2 I think.
I haven't connected the KEY1, KEY2 and GRND(don't even have a ground from the back of the unit!?) yet from the patch lead but I don't think that is the issue?
Please help. I’m loving the unit for the rest!
