installation issue, CAM CVBS connector not clicking, no audio

Please find attached the Google drive link for the issue I had with the connector in the wiring harness, and no sound, errors in the car, no car base info and no back up camera. I have tried all steps at installation again. The connector which says cam CVBS is loose and does not click and does not stay connected, only has 4 pins. I have attached the videos and the pictures through google drive.

This is the 11.6 version for the new Honda CRV with factory amplifier, amplifier connection harness clicks fine.
