Radio with no sound JY-VM131N2

I have purchased the stereo JY-VM131N some years ago and I am having a very strange problem. The unit works perfect, except the radio application that I cannot listen anything. The four speakers work all right, because I can hear the sound of any videos on Youtube or Spotify. But when I put the radio app there is no sound at all. Anyone with a similar problem? I made a factory reset but I still have the same problem.
