Hi. I have bought "JOYING 2GB RAM 32G ROM Double 2Din Android 5.1 Universal Car Radio Audio Stereo GPS Navigation Media Player" DE-JY-UL135N2 at March 2017 and i installed it on my car from that period. All worked fine untill a couple of weeks before, when suddenly unit's screen started to turn off after 5-10 minutes of usage. The unit continues to operate (it is still playing music or fm stereo, it doesn't turn off all the system but only the screen), but the screen turns black and i cannot turn it back on. I assume that maybe is a heat issue, because when the car is off for a short period and i turn it on, the unit starts also and the screen turn on normally every time, but it keeps turn black after 5-10 minutes. I also notice that usally at night, when the temprature is lower, the problem appears a bit later compare to a daytime usage, when maybe the sun heats the system and makes the screen turn black earlier.
Do you have any clue, what may cause this problem, in order to help me fix it? Can you give me any directions, what i or a specialist should check so as to solve this? I would be grateful for any help may you provide. Thanks in advance..
