What happened with "old" models

Hi, please advise. I have an old Joying 7 Stereo Car Android 5.1.1 Lollipop 2 GB RAM Bluetooth 4.0 radio, and after turning off the key, the car radio sometimes doesn't want to force itself and stays on. The sound does not play but the diplay is lit. He doesn't do it every time but it's annoying when I get out of the car and the radio is on.
Is there an update to this old model?
