Hi,
I have the same issue with the Google Play Store at the moment.
as temp. fix i download the APK's from the store using : https://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/ and then transfer the apk by USB stick to the unit.
As for the canbus, you only need it when you control parts of your car ( Airco etc. ) on screen.
If so, you need a canbus decoder (bought separately) in your wire-harness. Ask Joying which one you need by Email.
