Please send your screenshot of "about device" on your head unit.
Please let us know your head unit comes with the old UI or new UI? or you can take a picture on your head unit UI or your order number for us checking.
Different system or different UI the updated files will be different.

I am using 2019.6.21 latest firmware and this problem exist on all of your intel devices..
