Problem with the Wifi Speed

I just received my Joying EU Warehouse Android 8.0 System 7 Inch Double Din Car Music System 4GB+32GB and after using it for a while i have noticed that the Wifi download speed does not get higher than 54KB. I have tried also different wifi, my wifi at home and mobile data. It takes many many minutes to download an application, watch youtube etc. Defective Wifi?
