Hi there,

Last year I purchased a headunit for my Honda CRV 2008. I was wondering if there is an update or something, since the automatic update is not working apparently. Here are the details from the unit:

According to your screenshot, your head unit was not purchased from Joying.
Please ask your seller for help.
