Does anyone else has issues with customer support? Have any of you experienced any rudeness?

we have checked all emails we discussed with u . we have never rude on email instead of sincerely explaining with you details about orders . . also reply you soon when we back to work .

We are Chinese . we will have jet lag . also we are not super man . sorry we can not do for 24 hours/day .
but we also try our best to reply you when we back to work .
since that you purchased product from China , you should also know that jet lag can not be avoided in advance .

by the way , we have refunded the full head unit payment for you instead of quarrel with you .

I found Joying support via email good. My only issue is that solutions are rarely posted here. If all users & joying support posted the solutions on this forum, then other owners might benefit.
