Newest Radio as of May 2023 - 2019 Ram Promaster 1500

First off, what's your newest unit release with the best specs and features so far? I want to replace the factory radio for a 2019 Ram Promaster 1500. I want to use the factory steering wheel controls. Please point me to all the accessories I need like the harness, connectors, dash kit, radio removal, etc... Basically, everything I need for the installation plus the newest and fastest radio you have to fit my vehicle. I also want to add a front-dash camera to it.
