System Error-02 after upgrading firmware

Update:
TP6735_v4.51_csA001.bin
QD 安卓8.1 1024X600 Android Auto V0.0.125

This is the NODSP image for my device.

After performing the update it boots and takes a while before I can do the touchscreen calibration.
After doing this immediately the error: System Error-02.
I have gone to several other menus but it doesn't go away.
Radio and music app are not giving any sound.
I have done Factory reset with no result.

Now the funny thing is:
I have turned off my ignition and the device is still running.
I have now an unresponding device. Help please.

After 45 minutes the device is still on. This will drain my battery.
Unbelievable that after an update this is happening.
I will retry the same update again.

Is there an old one available?

Your head unit is JY-UOS03N4PX5 according to search for your order .

you said that before your update will appear the "system error-2 " . so have you updated the head unit successfully ?

and you said that the head unit cannot turn off by itself after turn off your car , it occurred after installation or using for a period ?

you said that before your update will appear the "system error-2 " . so have you updated the head unit successfully ?

and you said that the head unit cannot turn off by itself after turn off your car , it occurred after  installation or using for a period ?
