Firmware update USB does nothing

I have downloaded this zip file several times. I can not get the head unit to recognize it from the USB drive.


I have
• Download zip file
• Extract all
• Open extracted folder
• Copy all files inside to USB
• Insert in head unit – nothing happens
• Go to file manager- no USB drive listed
• Try (reset to Factory) while usb drive  in connector (nothing)
• Using 4gb Kingston usb, have tried several
• Format drive fat32

Hi, could you share the fix with the rest of us? I believe it's the same issue I've got and it might help me solving it.
