unable to download from app store

I am not able to download from app store . Apps such as Spotify....it just shows waiting.
Internet connection works fine
i deleted cache
i removed my google account in settings
but each time you go back to app store - you have to 'login to google' again -- so i' don't know if deleting google account makes a difference.

YOu can try to drop out the Google account and then enter it again.

I had the same issue with my unit right out of box. What you need to do is to go to Settings and Apps. Find the Google Play services and Google Play Store apps and clear storage for both of them. After that the apps started downloading and updating.

- I have a model SKU JY-VOS01N4PX5S
- I use a 16 GB card
- stopped updating applications
- internet connection = works
- I reset to factory settings and everything was erased from the SD card / I still can't connect to GOOGLE PLAY
- I need an advice
- shows "waiting to download" when updating
- The vehicle is used for rescue operations, I cannot use the necessary applications
