Low volume on phone and nav

Hi all. I just got the new 13 inch in (JY-UQD13N6G-R) Looks and feels fantastic.
But, the volume on phone calls are extremely low. I can't hear what's been said.
If I just try to bring up the volume, nothing is happening but after closing the call the volume on music I extremely high.
It also seems that the low sound is happening for messages from the navigation (amigo) also.

Any of you having any idea?

May I know you use the external or internal microphone?
Whether others can heard from you clearly?
