Sim card not recognised anymore

Hi all
I have a Intel x86 octacore 1.8ghz sc9853 4+64gb 7"inch full touch screen and it suddenly stopped to recognise the Sim card. It worked for few months but now I can't get it working. I also change the Sim with my phone one and it still doesn t see the card. The unit is around 7 months old. The MCU version is 2020.01.09 15:18:58 JY 53 C63L G23P48F64 ver 1.0.

Is it a know problem. Any fix for it?

So I don't have this problem, but my radio (baseband) has been downgraded by firmware supplied by Joying, and now does not connect to 4G. My device is JY_53_C63L_G23P48F64 and the baseband version sc9853 is from 2019, originally before the software provided by Joying it was 2020 baseband version?

Anyone know how to fix this?
