get internet from phone automatically

Hi everyone
I would like to setup a connection so the head unit could get internet from the smartphone without having to enable the wifi tethering every time i get in the car. Is this possible?
If there is already a thread could you please point it out

Get an app called "Hotspot Automatic" (assuming your phone is android). You set it to look for the Joying's bluetooth signal as a trigger. Every time the phone detects that bluetooth signal, it will turn on the phone's hotspot. It works perfectly.
