Can´t login to google account | android 10

Hello!
Wanted help to fix this issue, can´t login to any google account or google apps
I´ve tried everything to fix it following instructions for android phones but it does not work for the Joying device.
I´ve made a video so it would be easier to explain.

If you have the Joying android 10.0 head unit, you can update with this file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lbhsVW1mCqOZCsL5wu22RS9YwCL-unS_/view?usp=sharing


Following are the notes for the update:
1) You need to unzip the updated files on the Windows system.and then copy all the unzipped files (not the folder ) to the USB, which is formatted as FAT32.
and then insert it into the USB port which on the back of the head unit, it will be updated automatically.

2) Please do not unzip the files on the USB.

3) You better use the 32GB or less than 32GB USB.

Hello, I have the same issue with my JY-UQS05N4G-H. I downloaded and unzipped the file strictly following the 3 steps above. There was another zip file inside that zip file. So, I unzipped that one too. Inside it, I have found other folders. So I moved all the files from the top-level unzipped file as is, including the other unzipped folder with other folders inside. Did I do it correctly? As a result, the system showed "Successful... remove the device" but the issue described above was not resolved.

Only unzip one time will be ok. the folder on the unzipped files do not need to be unzipped again.

Hello to me it has also happened to me and you have to remove the usb memory. Why is the android duplicated in the usb memory
