Steering control does not work on Prius 2010 JBL model with Joying 9" head unit.

I purchased 9" headunit with JBL model in Aug, 2021 and installed.

The steering control does not work at all, even if audio volume button.
I cannot map the volume button on Android UI.

How can I make it work?
The head unit comes with CAN BUS DECODER JY20210428
For Toyota Prado
HW:V3, SW:V1

YOu need to connect the "key+canout"ire which on the back of the head unit.
