Customer support not answering

Dear Admin,
I got an order issue because You accidentally sent me the wrong adapter. Unfortunatelly the customer support Account is not replying to my E-Mail. Is the address not working or where do I have to send my issue?

Me too. Somehow I face the same issue, and I do not have any idea what to do now. I am thinking of making myself my own law case study help then might be possible to do this work. I am sorry to hear that you are facing it too. But what I am doing is resolving it myself.
